Dr. Costa and Dr. Williams started their James Island dental practice from scratch in 2011 with the vision of creating a better dental experience for people – one where quality, integrity, and personalized care reign supreme. And one where the experience could be stress-free, anxiety-free, and pain-free.

While dental visits can be associated with negative experiences, we created an office environment that is enjoyable, makes you feel at home, and calms your anxiety. We are proud of the high quality and attention to detail we bring to our craft and enjoy being a positive part of your day. Unfortunately, because much of the healthcare world has moved towards higher volume, their patients have gotten used to having limited time for getting any questions answered and having treatments explained.

Our practice is geared to provide a better dental experience, and that’s why we schedule fewer patients, giving us the time to consistently do our best work. The entire experience is made easy, comfortable, and enjoyable.
